To Change Rules Into Arrows

You can create arrows by placing arrowheads at either or both ends of a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line. You can customize the shape of the arrowhead you add to a rule.

  1. Select the rule or rules to which you want to add one or two arrowheads.

  2. Choose Lines from the Draw menu, and then choose the type of arrow you want your rule to be.
If you choose both arrows, the rule becomes a double-headed arrow.
Until you deselect the chosen arrow, every rule you draw will be an arrow.
To remove an arrowhead, select the rule or rules with arrowheads, choose Lines from the Draw menu, and then choose the type of arrowhead you want to remove from the selected lines.
