A picture block acts like a window in which you can move the picture to position it and
crop it.
-
Select the cropping tool from the tool bar.
-
Position the pointer in the picture block, and drag the picture to reposition it.
To crop a picture with the arrow keys, select the picture block with the cropping tool and
press either the up, down, left or right arrow keys on the keyboard. Each key press moves
the graphic one point in the appropriate direction. If you hold down the Caps Lock key the
graphic moves ten points in the appropriate direction.
To crop a picture from its specification sheet, select the picture block with the object
pointer and choose Specifications from the Object menu. Click the Cropping button and
enter horizontal and vertical cropping values (positive or negative) in points. To undo
any cropping you have already done enter zeros.
To flip a picture, select the picture block with the object pointer and choose Flip
Horizontal or Flip Vertical, or both, from the Object menu. You can resize a flipped
picture using its specification sheet, but not by using the object pointer, unless you
flip the picture back again.
