Page size, paper size, and print area are not necessarily the same! You can specify and work with any page size (Page Setup dialog box), but you still need to work within a printer's ability to print in the print area on a certain size of paper (Printer Setup dialog box). However, you can use the Tiling option to print portions of a large page on smaller paper sizes, and then assemble the larger page.
Use the Printer Setup dialog box to set up the size and orientation of the paper in your printer. If the paper size is larger than the page size of the document, RSG will center the document on the page. If the document page size is larger, Ready,Set,Go! will warn you that the page may be cropped on the printer.
Don't change the Scale option to over 100% unless you're sure that everything on your page will still fit within the print area. You can see the print area on your page (unless Tiling is selected) by selecting Print Area in the Document menu Preferences/General dialog box.
