For particular purposes you may want to adjust the process component percentages for
individual process colors. If you find that a supposedly pure cyan object is generating
separation percentages in other process colors, for example, you can redefine the process
separation percentages for that color to give the separations you require.
To do this choose Pen Color or Fill Color from the Draw menu and select the Other. In the
Color Selector dialog box, click in the scrolling list on the process color to be
adjusted, then click on Custom Color. In the Custom Color dialog box, click the
CMYK
radio
button and adjust the sliders or type values in the
CMYK
boxes to give the required
percentages. Leaving the
CMYK
radio
button still selected, click OK in both the Custom
Color window and the Color Selector dialog box.
