You can convert a selection range of text into a superscript or a subscript. The text is made smaller and shifted above or below the baseline.
This is a permanent editorial change that cannot be undone without reformatting the text.

1. Select the text to be made into a superscript or subscript.

2. Choose Convert Text To/Superscript or Convert Text To/Subscript from the Text menu. RSG automatically reduces the type size of the text and moves it above or below the baseline.

To control the formatting of the superscript or subscript, choose Preferences/Typographic from the Document menu and click the Superscripts or Subscripts button.
