Select the linking tool from the tool bar.You can link text in any page view except Thumbnails.

Click in the text blocks in the order you want them linked. As you click in each block, the linking tool flashes once in the tool bar, the linked blocks blink, and the text flows into the newest linked block. If you link a block that already contains text, the overflow text from the previously linked block is inserted after the existing text.

Double-click in the last block to end the chain. The linking tool flashes to show you've ended the chain. RSG automatically ends the chain if you select another tool before clicking a second time. To find all the linked blocks in a chain, select an insertion point in a text block and choose Select All from the Edit menu. All text in every linked block is selected.
