You can select more than one object and then group them so that whenever you select one of the objects, you select the entire group. Grouping objects makes it easy to move and copy the group and make changes to all the objects at once. You can add additional objects to the group at any time.
When you no longer want to select the objects as a group, you can ungroup them.

1. Select the objects you want to group.

2. Choose Group from the Object menu.

To add an object to a group, select the group, Shift-click or drag to select the required objects, and choose Group from the Object menu.
To ungroup the objects, select the group and choose Ungroup from the Object menu.
