In your current document, you can use objects that are in the object
glossary of another document. You first add the entries of the other glossary to the
current glossary. Then you can paste them in your document.

Choose Glossaries from the
Document menu, and then choose Object. The Object Glossaries dialog box appears.

Click Import. The standard file
dialog box appears.

Open the RSG document whose
glossary entries you want to add. The document itself doesn't open. You return to the
Object Glossaries dialog box where its glossary entries are added to the list.

Select the name of the entry you
want and paste it.

Click Done when you're finished.
NOTE: When you
save the document, you save the current list of entries in the glossary, including those
from the other document. |
