Allows you to change the way selected words are capitalized. And to do some special formatting.

  • Sentence Caps capitalizes the first word after the end of a sentence.

  • All Caps converts all letters in the selection to uppercase.

  • All Lower converts all letters in the selection to lowercase.

  • Word Caps capitalizes all words in the selection.

  • Small Caps converts all lowercase letters in the selection to uppercase with formatting set according to Typographic Preferences.

  • Fraction converts the selected text into a typographically more appealing fraction by altering the baselines and type sizes of the numbers on either side of the slash or fraction bar. You can alter any number in the form of ***/*** where *** represents any number of digits from 1 to 9. Because baselines are altered to create the fraction, the leading of the text may change. To avoid this problem, turn off Auto leading and enter a point value for leading.

  • Formatting is done according to Typographic Preferences.

  • Price converts the selected text into a typographically more appealing price by altering the baselines and type sizes of the a dollar sign (if it is the first character in the range) and the last two digits, if any, in the selection range. You can alter any number in the form of $** where ** represents two digits from 0 to 9. The last two digits are optional. Because baselines are altered to create the price, the leading of the text may change. To avoid this problem, turn off Auto leading and enter a point value for leading. Formatting is done according to Typographic Preferences.

  • Superscript converts the selected text into a superscript by altering the baseline and type sizes of the text. Because baselines are altered to create the superscript, the leading of the text may change. To avoid this g problem, turn off Auto leading and enter a point value for leading. Formatting is done according to Typographic Preferences.

  • Subscript converts the selected text into a subscript by altering the baseline and type sizes of the text. Because baselines are altered to create the subscript, the leading of the text may change. To avoid this problem, turn off Auto leading and enter a point value for leading. Formatting is done according to Typographic Preferences.
