Select an insertion point or the
text you want to format.
-
Choose Type Specs from the Format
menu to display the type specs of the current selection. If you select text with more than
one option for a single type spec, such as two different typestyles, None or no option at
all is displayed. If you then specify a type spec, the selected text will be changed to
display that single type spec.
If you select text that contains a stylesheet type spec, you also see None or no option.
To change the type spec you must first remove the stylesheet from that text, or modify the
stylesheet so that it no longer applies to that type spec.
-
Select the options you want. For a
complete description of the options, see Specifying Type
Specs, later in this
chapter, or the Format menu commands in Reference.
-
Click Apply to see the results.
-
Click OK when you're finished.
